Juncos Racing eSport Super TC2000 Championship team will consist of two Simracers and one professional driver with all drivers competing from their home base. The Super TC2000 eSport is on rFactor2, one of the most versatile and widely used simulation platforms in the Simracing industry.

The four-race “All Star Championship” will be broadcasted on Carburando’s YouTube channel, carburando.com, Flow Channel 602, Twitch and TyC Play (still to be confirmed). The schedule includes Round 1 on April 2nd at Saint Nicholas, Round 2 on April 9th at Centenario, Neuquén, Round 3 on April 16th at Buenos Aires and finishing April 23rd on a surprise circuit.

Franzoni will pilot the No. 60 Juncos Racing eSport Chevrolet Cruze. The Brazilian has had great success with Juncos Racing winning the 2017 Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, allowing him to advance to the Indy Lights series. Franzoni was a guest of the official Renault team in 2018 running the 200 km of BsAs.

“I’m really excited to compete in the Super TC2000 eSports Championship,” said Franzoni. “It will be nice to get behind the wheel virtually for Juncos Racing eSports and see what we can do. We have had a lot of success in the past, so I look forward to carrying that into the virtual world. Working with a driver like Maxi (Lezaeta) who has a lot of virtual racing experience and Leandro (Juncos) who also has experience in real life and virtual racing, will make this a great combo for our team.”

Lezaeta looks to make his first appearance with the team driving the No. 59 Juncos Racing eSport Chevrolet Cruze. Lezaeta is well known for his virtual racing experience and recently won the 2019 Super TC2000 eSport Championship.

“This is going to be a great new adventure with my team Juncos Racing eSport,” said Lezaeta. “They have an incredible history in the motorsports world, so it will be great to work with them as they enter the virtual world of racing. I am confident that my teammates and I will have a successful run, so I can’t wait to get on track this week!”

Juncos, the son of Ricardo Juncos, will pilot the No. 61 Juncos Racing eSport Chevrolet Cruze entry.

“I am really looking forward to the chance to compete with Juncos Racing eSports in the Super TC2000 eSports,” said Juncos. “It will be exciting to run with my teammates Maxi (Lezaeta) and Victor (Franzoni) through virtual racing. We will work hard together as a team and hope to finish with great results.”
