Professional drivers and teams have turned to iRacing since the COVID-19 outbreak has canceled or postponed most events throughout the next few months. Through iRacing many of the top racing series from around the world have utilized the virtual racing world to create championships and race events to keep drivers and teams on track along with keeping fans engaged and entertained through the unfortunate time many people are facing.

“iRacing has given professional teams and drivers a place to compete in a safe environment for fans while we continue to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak,” Juncos said. “Each week we continue to see how quickly the iRacing world is growing by many teams and drivers turning to this virtual racing world. We are very grateful that many of the top levels of motorsports have created these events and championships for teams, so we can continue to be on track in front of our fan base.”

Currently, the team fields drivers in the Ricmotech Road To Indy Presented by Cooper Tires iRacing eSeries, INDYCAR iRacing Challenge, Super TC2000 eSports, and Gran Turismo Sport.

“We have been working very hard to grow our eSports program since we first launched last month,” said Team Owner Ricardo Juncos. “We have drivers around the world representing Juncos Racing eSports, now including my home country of Argentina, who are currently competing in multiple championships and events on various platforms.
